By accessing and using Midman PH ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Midman PH is a digital escrow platform that facilitates the secure buying and selling of gaming accounts. We provide:
- Secure escrow services for gaming account transactions
- Admin verification of account credentials
- Payment protection for both buyers and sellers
- Encrypted storage of sensitive account information
3. User Accounts
Registration: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Trading Rules
Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must provide accurate account information and valid credentials. Accounts must be legitimate and not obtained through fraudulent means.
Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers must complete payment verification within the specified timeframe. Once an account is transferred, buyers assume full responsibility for the account.
Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent or stolen accounts
- Misrepresentation of account details
- Chargebacks or payment disputes after successful transfer
- Sharing account credentials outside the platform
- Circumventing our escrow system
5. Escrow Process
Our escrow process ensures secure transactions:
- Buyer initiates purchase and submits payment proof
- Payment is verified by our admin team
- Seller submits account credentials (encrypted)
- Admin verifies account and secures it
- Account credentials are transferred to buyer
- Buyer confirms receipt and payment is released
This process typically completes within 24 hours, subject to response times from all parties.
6. Fees and Payments
Transaction Fees: We charge a service fee on completed transactions. Fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept GCash, PayMaya, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are held in escrow until transaction completion.
Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our refund policy, typically in cases of account verification failure or seller non-compliance.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, our admin team will investigate and make a final decision. Both parties agree to accept our resolution. For unresolved disputes, parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in the Philippines.
8. Limitation of Liability
Midman PH acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:
- Account bans or restrictions imposed by game developers
- Loss of account access due to buyer or seller actions
- Disputes between buyers and sellers outside our platform
- Technical issues with third-party payment processors
Our liability is limited to the transaction amount processed through our platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Midman PH, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Midman PH and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
